This customer has lived in the home for 10 years and had been getting water in his basement for awhile. He was seeking a drain solution, as well as covering for the concrete floors and walls. House sits on the side of the hill. Garage on outer slab was cracked and sagging, as evident in the before picture. It was affecting the whole house. Our solution was to break away the existing concrete. We poured a new reinforced conrete to garage standard finish, also poured new integrel wall with drainage, and reinstalled the windows.
