Very satisfied. The work was accomplished in the time frame specified much to our amazement.

They were very courteous and worked with us to establish a schedule that was mutually beneficial.

Sales Process

He appeared very knowledgeable of our structure even though it is 100 years old. He was very good at explaining all of our installation options.

Our Installation Crew

The installation crew was very efficient and very respectful of our spaces- and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the job.

This customer has lived in the home for 10 years and had been getting water in his basement for awhile. He was seeking a drain solution, as well as covering for the concrete floors and walls. He decide to have a SuperSump installed with a full perimeter WaterGuard System. The after picture shows the basement completed with the ThermalDry Floor Matting and ThermalDry Wall System. A CleanSpace Wall System was installed behind it as a vapor barrier. The customer states that he is quite satisfied and chose us because our system was the most effective for his problem.

House sits on the side of the hill. Garage on outer slab was cracked and sagging, as evident in the before picture. It was affecting the whole house. Our solution was to break away the existing concrete. We poured a new reinforced conrete to garage standard finish, also poured new integrel wall with drainage, and reinstalled the windows. To enforce the new foundation, we installed helical piers. Customer had a lot of confidence in our company and commended us for a good job.

This customer has had leakage in the Northwest corner of her basement, but it was worse this year. She was also concerned about a moldy smell. We installed a full perimeter system with a TripleSafe Pump and Sanidry dehumidifier. We also installed CleanSpace Wall System around the perimeter and the Thermal Floor Matting in half of the basement.
