This customer has lived in the home for 10 years and had been getting water in his basement for awhile. He was seeking a drain solution, as well as covering for the concrete floors and walls. He decide to have a SuperSump installed with a full perimeter WaterGuard System. The after picture shows the basement completed with the ThermalDry Floor Matting and ThermalDry Wall System. House sits on the side of the hill. Garage on outer slab was cracked and sagging, as evident in the before picture. It was affecting the whole house. Our solution was to break away the existing concrete. We poured a new reinforced conrete to garage standard finish, also poured new integrel wall with drainage, and reinstalled the windows. This customer has had leakage in the Northwest corner of her basement, but it was worse this year. She was also concerned about a moldy smell. We installed a full perimeter system with a TripleSafe Pump and Sanidry dehumidifier.
